Terms of service
This is the English edition of the Hungarian terms of service. They govern the same service, provided by the same company, under the same terms. This document is a translation of the Hungarian original at daymons.hu/aszf; in the event of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

2. The service
Daymons is a mobile application that helps you track intermittent and longer fasts: a timer, a journal, statistics, personalised recipe suggestions, a shopping list and weight tracking. An internet connection is recommended, but the timer also works offline.
By accepting these terms a contract is formed between you and the provider. By using the application you accept these terms.
3. Accounts
- The application can also be used as a guest, without registering.
- You can create an account with an e-mail address or with a Google or Apple account. Your data is then available on several devices and can be restored.
- You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials.
- You can delete your account at any time in the application (Profile → Delete account).
4. Subscription (premium)
The core features of the application are free. Premium features — among them the AI daily coach, the weekly Autopilot and the Health Autopilot trend watch, "What should I eat?" photo suggestions, the AI assistant, the personal weekly challenge and habit insights, progress photos, the shopping list and the editable daily menu, weight tracking, the full recipe library, and the journal older than 14 days with longer-period statistics — require a subscription. The current list of premium features is shown on the subscription screen in the app.
The AI features carry a usage-based cost, so daily and monthly limits apply to them. When a limit is reached the feature is temporarily unavailable; this does not constitute defective performance.
- The subscription is created through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account; payment is handled by them.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it expires.
- The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Prices and plans are shown in the application before purchase.
4.1. Cancellation
iOS: Settings → [your Apple account] → Subscriptions → Daymons →
Cancel subscription.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions →
Daymons → Cancel subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal; premium features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. The provider cannot cancel the subscription on your behalf.
4.2. Withdrawal and refunds
Because digital content is made available immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when performance begins — with your express consent. Refund requests are handled by the relevant app store (Apple or Google) under their own policies; the provider cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Health disclaimer — important
Daymons is not a medical device and does not provide a medical service. The values shown in the application (daily energy requirement, fasting stages, recipe and calorie suggestions) are informational estimates that vary from person to person and do not constitute medical advice. The same applies to the AI features' answers and to nutrition estimated from a photo — the latter can be well off, so check it before logging.
Before starting a fast or a diet, seek the opinion of your doctor or dietitian — particularly if you have a medical condition (for example diabetes or an eating disorder), are pregnant, are breastfeeding, take medication, or are under 18. You fast at your own risk. Using the service does not replace medical care; if you feel unwell, stop fasting and consult a doctor.
6. Your obligations
- You may use the application only for lawful purposes and as intended.
- Interfering with, hacking, reverse engineering or automatically querying the service is prohibited.
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation is prohibited.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — inaccurate data produces inaccurate estimates.
7. Intellectual property
The application, its source code, design, texts and recipes are the intellectual property of the provider (or its licensors). By using the application you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. Copying, distributing or commercially exploiting the content without prior written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for continuous and error-free operation, but we accept no liability for temporary interruptions to the service, for data loss, or for health consequences arising from use of the application. This limitation does not affect cases excluded by law (intentional harm, harm to life or physical integrity).
9. Termination
You may terminate the contract at any time by deleting your account. The provider may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Cancelling your subscription is covered by section 4.1.
10. Changes
The provider may amend these terms. We will notify you in the application of any material change. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the terms.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. In a consumer dispute you may turn to the conciliation board competent for your place of residence, or lodge a complaint with the consumer protection authority. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not affect your right to rely on the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably.
