Support
Write to soma3000kft@gmail.com. Tell us which device and OS version you are on, and what you expected to happen — that usually saves a round trip.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by the app store you bought from, not by us — we cannot cancel or refund one on your behalf.
- iOS: Settings → [your Apple account] → Subscriptions → Daymons.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Daymons.
Cancelling takes effect at the next renewal. Premium stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Restoring a purchase on a new device
Sign in with the same store account, then open Profile → Restore purchases in the app. If premium does not come back, close the app and reopen it once — the subscription status is refreshed on start.
Deleting your account and data
Open Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything belonging to it: fasts, weight entries, meals, profile and settings. The action cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in, e-mail us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
The timer looks wrong
Elapsed time is calculated on your device from the moment you started, so it keeps running with no signal. If it looks off, check that your device clock is set automatically — a manually adjusted clock moves the fast with it. You can also correct a fast's start time in the app if you forgot to press start.
Notifications are not arriving
Check that notifications are allowed for Daymons in your system settings, and that milestone alerts are switched on in Profile → Notifications. Battery saver and focus modes can also hold them back.
Health data is not syncing
Reading steps, heart rate, sleep and workouts requires your permission: Apple Health on iOS, Health Connect on Android. You can grant or withdraw it at any time in your system settings; the app works without it, you just have to enter those figures by hand.
A word on health advice
Daymons is a wellness and habit companion, not a medical device, and it does not give medical advice. If you feel unwell during a fast, stop and consult a doctor. See the terms of service for the full disclaimer.
